Store Supervisor Opportunity at Style for your Shape

We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Supervisor to join the Style for your Shape team at our new store at 8 Main Street, Turriff. Style for your Shape is an independent size inclusive boutique, where women can shop without being defined by a size. We stock womenswear in sizes size 8-28 and offer a personal shopping service instore.

About the Role

The Store Supervisor will report directly to the owner and will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including approximately 2-3 part-time staff. We are different from your normal high street store as we provide a higher level of customer service and personal shopping experience, so this is a key consideration for anyone applying for the role, that they need to be passionate about helping others and open to learning about styling – switching mindset from shopping for a size, to styling a customer based on their body shape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure the team are also delivering to a high standard
  • Hold short meetings at start of each shift to share information about new stock, notes from previous shifts and any key tasks for the day
  • Helping the store owner determine items and quantities of stock to be purchased
  • Handle new stock arriving and carry out all relevant quality checks, noting any defects or issues within 48 hours of stock arriving
  • Responsible for updating inventory on the Shopify system and ensure all links between shop point of sale and website are working correctly
  • Contribute to the store's sales growth by analysing key spending trends, including reviewing weekly footfall and other key performance indicators
  • Follow company guidelines for all cash handling including till transactions and cashing up
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store, including setting security alarms
  • Leading the implementation of seasonal layouts/sales and visual guidelines throughout the store
  • Assist where required with the shop rota
  • Communicate any key messages from the owner to the staff
  • Contribute ideas to the store’s social media strategy
  • Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
