Field Marketing Manager (Music & Culture) – Fashion & Culture Activate
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: Field Marketing Manager (Music & Culture)

Key Responsibilities

Field marketing immersion: Actively engage with streetwear, fashion, and art communities across London and key regions. Identify opportunities where Jubel fits naturally within the cultural landscape—such as product launches, gallery openings, and creative studio events.

Product experience creation: Lead sampling activations in spaces frequented by target consumers, including concept store launches, pop-up shops, art fairs, zine fests, and designer showcases. Facilitate memorable, immersive experiences in the right environment, with the right audience.

Event execution for fashion calendar moments: Collaborate with key partners to plan and execute events around critical fashion and cultural moments, such as London Fashion Week fringes, collaborations with designers/artists, and post-art-fair experiences. Work closely with the Partnerships Manager to secure access to designers, artists, and creatives.

Brand ambassador relationships: Build and sustain relationships with key influencers, designers, and artists to uncover partnership and activation opportunities. Foster long-term connections that enhance visibility and brand credibility.

Cultural integrity in activations: Ensure campaigns with the Fashion & Culture Partnerships Manager remain organic and word-of-mouth driven. Leverage visual platforms like Instagram and TikTok—where fashion culture thrives— to maximize impact.

Trade activation coordination: Partner with the Trade Activation team to identify and capitalize on opportunities in key on-trade regions, tapping into local streetwear scenes, independent creative retailers, and cultural hubs beyond London.

OTHER DETAILS
- Start Date: As soon as possible.
- Location: Field-Based, primarily operating in London.
- Salary Band: £32,500.
- Travel: All business-related expenses covered.
- Annual Gift: £100 per year, scaled with tenure (e.g., £300 at year 3).
- Working Hours: Full-time with essential flexibility—evenings and weekends are often required.
