Fashion Designer - Brand
We're looking for a creative and commercially aware Fashion Designer to join our client's Design team. Working across multiple product categories, you will be responsible for designing collections that reflect the brand vision while balancing creativity, customer needs, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop products across multiple categories.
- Research trends, colours, fabrics, and customer insights.
- Create seasonal mood boards, CADs, and technical design packs.
- Work closely with Buying, Garment Technology, and Production throughout the development process.
- Attend fit sessions and support product development.
- Liaise with suppliers on product design and development.
- Ensure designs are delivered to agreed timelines.
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.

About You:
- Previous experience in a Fashion Design role.
- Strong creative and commercial awareness.
- Excellent Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
- Good knowledge of garment construction and product development.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about fashion with a proactive and positive approach.
