What You Will Do
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of store format models, including layouts, construction details, and design packages.
- Define and manage architectural, mechanical, electrical, and interior specifications across all store formats.
- Act as the central point of expertise for store format standards, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Support commercial planning by providing accurate format data and design information to inform cost models and business decisions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by integrating new concepts, technologies, and design solutions into future formats.
Who You Will Be
- A technical property or construction professional with experience developing and managing design standards and specifications.
- Experienced in store design, retail environments, or large-scale construction projects.
- Comfortable working across multiple disciplines and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong communicator who can translate technical information into clear and practical guidance.
- Passionate about driving consistency, innovation, and operational excellence.
What You Will Bring
- Experience interpreting architectural drawings and using CAD and Revit software.
- Knowledge of construction, store design, and customer-focused retail environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing consultants and reviewing technical outputs against business requirements.
- Excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
