Fashion Production Administrator

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Marylebone, London

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fashion Production Administrator at a leading wholesale/clothing manufacturing company based in London. This role involves critical path management and direct liaison with our factory in India and various customers to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of fashion products.

Day-to-day of the Role:

  • Manage the critical path (CP) for various customers to ensure timely production and delivery.
  • Liaise daily with our own factory in India to manage the critical path and address any production issues.
  • Regular interaction with customers regarding the critical path, including organizing and conducting meetings to discuss progress and resolve any issues.
  • Oversee the dispatch of samples and control the logistics of sample movements from India to the UK.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the factory and customers to resolve general queries and ensure smooth communication and operations.
