Fashion Quality Control Coordinator

This is your opportunity to start your dream job at MWL Bride, working at our London HQ.

We are MWL, an Australian luxury bridal brand known for our effortlessly chic, high-quality, and personable bridal experience. We are an internationally recognised, family-owned business with five MWL boutiques and over 180 stockists worldwide.

Reporting to the Wholesale Manager and Sales and Operations Manager, this role is an integral part of the business. We are looking for someone to uphold our quality control standards and assist in wholesale administration duties.

Responsibilities: Learn to understand and follow technical specifications and quality control systems Light admin duties (reporting, database entry, label creation, printing, etc.) Packaging and wrapping preparation Apply ticketing and labelling to dresses Stock management Complete daily Quality Control reports Additional duties as directed by the Office Manager Continually striving to develop yourself within the team

About you: A strong work ethic - reliable, dedicated, and efficient High level of organisational skills Basic to moderate understanding of garment construction Hand-sewing skills A strong team player who thrives in a creative environment Demonstrated, effective time management skills Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment Ability to lift, bend and pull heavy items Confident in maintaining attention to detail while managing competing priorities Working knowledge of office equipment as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Share and respect Made with Love core values
