Job Description: Breakfast Attendant / Bar & Lounge Assistant
You’ll welcome guests with warmth and elevate their stay with dedicated service—starting at breakfast and extending to our One Lounge bar. Your responsibilities include:

Breakfast Preparation & Service
- Set up and manage the breakfast buffet for a seamless, stylish guests’ experience.
- Embrace the "One Smile" breakfast concept—delivering swift, cheerful service with Motel One’s signature charm.
- Work in multicultural teams, gaining interdepartmental insights as part of our collaborative culture.
Lounge & Bar Operations
- Host and serve at the One Lounge, enhancing the guest experience.
- Implement rapid, high-quality service standards at the bar.
- Collaborate with management to organise bar schedules, customer advice, and sales.
- Sell and promote Motel One Lounge products with dedication—key to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Order inventory for drinks, spirits, and food for bar operations; assist monthly stock-taking.

Requirements
We value personality and hospitality skills above other formal qualifications, but you’ll need:
- Hotel or catering background preferred: Apprenticeship in hospitality or professional experience in the industry, or a career change open-mindedness if lacking formal training.
- Passion for people: You’re communicative, approachable, and genuinely enjoy engaging with guests.
- Adaptability & creativity: Thriving under pressure with a refined attention to quality—even in busy Koworking environments.
- Team mindset: Collaboration is key; willingness to assist across departments and contribute to our collective success.
