F&B Assistant Malmaison Edinburgh, Leith

About the Role
You’ll be the face of the restaurant, ensuring:
- A smooth, controlled dining experience for every guest
- Efficient flow control between the kitchen and restaurant
- Clear communication with kitchen and management teams
We thrive on 7-day service (365 days a year)—we welcome flexible workers and accommodate request shifts accordingly.
Evenings and weekends are typically busier, but hours and shift preferences can be discussed at interview.
