Food & Beverage Coordinator / Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire Hours: 40 hours per week – Permanent Salary: £28,000 per annum
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage professional to join our team at Holiday Heroes and support the Food & Beverage Manager at Tattershall Lakes during our busiest periods. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth in our commercial and critically acclaimed hospitality operation with creativity, talent, and dedication.
Regular work around evenings, weekends, and bank holidays is required.

Bar 49, our iconic skyline bar overlooking Tattershall Lakes, celebrates Lincolnshire’s spirit with locally inspired culture, unbelievable views, and an inventive cocktail menu featuring our signature hand-crafted cocktails and magical milkshakes. - Leading, training, and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
- Ensuring smooth venue operations, from pre-service setup to supervising service and post-service duties.
- Collaborating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining the utmost guest service excellence.
- Driving revenue growth and sales with a profitable, artistic, and attentive approach.
- Managing margin maintenance through effective stock oversight, conducting weekly stocktakes, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Standing in for the Food & Beverage Manager when required.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements
- Proven management experience within Food & Beverage.
- Strong people leadership and team management skills.
- Hyper-aware of detail, cost management, and business innovation.
- Expertise in catering operations and industry challenges.
- A can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and positive mindset.

Nice-to-Have (But No Hard Rule!)
- Financial literacy (e.g., understanding P&L statements, cost control, and profit growth).
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate.
- A Personal Licence.
- Prior experience in the holiday sector.
