We are now looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will support the F&B team in delivering high-quality service, assisting with food and beverage preparation, serving residents and guests, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. You will take pride in providing outstanding customer service, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a welcoming and vibrant village environment.

The Role

  • Welcoming and engaging residents and guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation and ensuring timely service
  • Serving drinks, including alcoholic beverages, safely and responsibly
  • Taking and processing orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handling payments via card and cash, ensuring smooth transactions
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables
  • Providing menu information to customers, including ingredients, allergens, and pricing
  • Supporting dishwashing and table service, including refilling condiments and collecting food from the kitchen
  • Ensuring a smooth dining experience by assisting with any additional tasks required to support the team

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality sector
  • Friendly, personable, and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to support a variety of daily duties and work different shift patterns
  • Desirable qualifications in customer service, food hygiene, or hospitality, though not essential
