ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at RAAF Base Williamtown. This casual role is ideal for candidates with hospitality or customer service experience looking for flexibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with food preparation, service and cleaning duties
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Support dining room and service operations
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
- Keep work areas clean and organised

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable with flexible availability
- Ability to work in a structured environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
