Our heart, head and hands play a part in everything we do. By caring about the art of hospitality and perfecting every detail, we work together to uplift the lives of others. There is nothing quite like the satisfaction of providing an unrivalled service that is greatly admired.

If you are passionate about delivering an exquisite service within a 5-star environment, then we would like to hear from you.

About The Role

Please note this role is a split of 50% Breakfast Host (early shifts from 6am) and 50% F&B coordinator.

The Food & Beverage Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Food & Beverage department. This position supports Food & Beverage Management and all outlets in day-to-day operations — with a primary focus on breakfast service — while overseeing menu updates across the division, enhancing guest satisfaction, and upholding the highest service standards.

Working collaboratively with the kitchen team, front-of-house staff, and suppliers, the F&B Coordinator helps ensure that all food and beverage offerings consistently meet company quality standards and exceed guest expectations.

About You

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage coordination role or similar, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including front-of-house and kitchen operations.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for administrative tasks.
  • Food safety certification or training (e.g., HACCP) preferred.
  • Any relevant certifications in hospitality, customer service, or food and beverage management is an advantage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
