The Role

As a Food & Beverage Host, you’ll be the human anchor of our hospitality experience. Your purpose? To make every guest feel welcome, valued, and delighted from the moment they arrive. In this dynamic and interactive role:

  • Deliver world-class service with impeccable energy and genuine enthusiasm, setting the standard for guest engagement
  • Oversee food and drink service, ensuring quality and efficiency while maintaining an inviting atmosphere
  • Handle pre- and post-event set-up, cleaning, and actuarial adult discreet functions—bridging customer care and operational excellence
  • Uphold front-of-house best practices to create seamless transitions between service delivery and equipment management
  • Use your intuitive interpersonal skills to troubleshoot, suggest improvements, and anticipate guest needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to refine and enhance the full guest experience
