Food and Beverage Manager: Leisure and Hospitality
Location: North Devon
Salary: £40,000

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading F&B operations across bars and restaurants
- Driving service standards, team performance, and profitability
- Delivering standout guest experiences every day
- Ensure high customer service and team efficiency, adhering to Company and legal requirements for overall profitability.
- Manage financial performance, covering cash, stock, cellar, security, and Health and Safety.
- Follow administrative processes, contribute to annual budget compilation, and handle customer complaints.
- Foster team relationships through support, coaching, and appraisals.
- Maintain cleanliness in bars, restaurants, cellars, and customer areas.
- Prioritize safety and security for customers and team members.
- Establish and communicate individual and team goals aligned with business objectives.
- Adhere to stock takes, delivery, and cellar management procedures.
- Enforce relevant legislation, including Health and Safety, hygiene, fire, and licensing laws.
- Collaborate with the Park Manager to meet business objectives and priorities.
- Control costs, including stocks and wages, in line with business needs.
- Maximize income by analyzing and responding to weekly financial results.
