About the Role
We are proud to be partnering on a retained basis with an award-winning international travel and lifestyle brand renowned for delivering luxury accommodation and unforgettable guest experiences in some of the world’s most beautiful locations. They are now seeking a hands-on F&B Manager to join their stunning resort near Barnstaple. This is a rare opportunity to combine a serious hospitality career move with an exceptional lifestyle.
This is a true lead-from-the-front role, overseeing day-to-day operations across Food & Beverage across restaurant and events, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint of the guest journey. You will be highly visible, operationally focused, and comfortable rolling your sleeves up wherever needed - from service and team leadership to problem-solving and standards delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort environment
- Strong background managing F&B operations with strong leadership skills.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced and can manage logistics across a resort.
- Big personality, strong presence, and a genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
- A team player who can motivate, support, and lead by example
- Confident multitasker who understands what “great” looks like across service, standards, and the guest journey
