St Martins Lane Hotel

The Opportunity

At St Martins Lane, we don’t just serve food and drink — we create moments that people remember.

Set in the heart of Covent Garden, our hotel is vibrant, expressive, and constantly alive with energy. Every guest arrives with a need — to feel welcome, recognised, relaxed, inspired — and it’s our people who make that happen.

We’re now looking for a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead our F&B experience — someone who thrives on energy, connection, and creating spaces where both guests and teams can flourish.

The Role

This is more than an operational role. It’s about creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work.

You’ll

  • Lead, inspire and develop a diverse F&B team
  • Create a culture where people feel trusted, recognised and empowered
  • Drive service standards that are warm, intuitive and memorable
  • Balance commercial performance with a genuine guest-first mindset
  • Bring fresh ideas to elevate the experience and keep things exciting
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of F&B at the hotel

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
