Food and Beverage Reservations Team Member
At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Reservations Team Member to join our team in the heart of Mayfair – Immediate start available.

Inspired by its location overlooking the Royal Parks, the hotel delivers elegant natural interiors and award-winning seasonal cuisine.
Working as Our F&B Reservations Team Member
Working 40 hours per week as our F&B Reservations Team Member you will be able to build relationships and with regular guests ensure they are welcomed, and the team are aware of preferences. You are passionate about delivering great service. You can provide high quality of service standards, and you can demonstrate collaborations with other team members around the hotel. Proactively upselling to drive the revenue within the private dining room spaces. You are a problem solver and able to handle guests’ queries.
