About the Role
As part of the culinary team at W Hotels London Soho, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences, reflecting our commitment to innovative, original, and passionate service. Whether it’s Behind the Bar (BTB) or other F&B roles, you’ll support our team in a dynamic high-energy environment dedicated to delivering outstanding service and cravings.

Responsibilities
For Behind the Bar (BTB) – Bar Attendant or Matron Role:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a creative and efficient manner
- Assisting in maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, as well as guest enjoyable interactions
- Achieving daily sales targets and maintaining consistent productivity
- Engaging with guests to ensure exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or its international equivalent (such as G.E.D.).
Work Experience:
- Less than 1 year in a related work experience (e.g., food and beverage, hospitality, or entry-level customer-facing roles).
- No supervisory experience required.
Licensing & Certification:
- None required.
