Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor
The Copthorne Tara Hotel, London Kensington, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the F&B operations and ensure stellar company standards and top-tier guest satisfaction. Your role will focus on exceeding guest expectations and maintaining consistency across all aspects of Food & Beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of punctuality and maintain correct uniform standards for the team, including facilitating any amendments or replacements of uniforms.
- Allocate and distribute daily duties and tasks across team members, covering all outlets and meeting/event requirements.
- Verify that food, beverage, and other relevant requisitions are collected and processed in line with hotel policy and procedures.
- Train staff to meet and exceed the hotel’s service and health & safety standards, ensuring consistent, high-quality performance.
- Motivate and recognize team members to sustain engagement and productivity.
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrable excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
- Confident and proactive individual with strong time management, able to maintain and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Initiates solutions and adapts efficiently to unexpected situations and last-minute changes.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
