Food & Beverage Supervisor – Hazel Restaurant at AC Hotel by Marriott

Hazel Restaurant, located at AC Hotel by Marriott, is seeking a reliable and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to guide our front-of-house team. A Day in the Life at Hazel
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll champion the restaurant’s service standards through:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the F&B team during shifts, ensuring flawless guest experiences.
- Support management with: scheduling, training, and daily operation oversight.
- Be the first liaison for guest feedback, inquiries, and special requests.
- Work front-of-house shifts (breakfast and dinner) — exemplar service on deck.
- Maintain consistently warm, attentive, professional interaction with our guests.
- Account for setup, cleanliness, and close-down procedures within the restaurant.
- Assist kitchen teams and supervisor colleagues on:
- Stock control and ordering
- Compliance with food hygiene regulations
- Seamless flow coordination between teams

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Proven supervisory or senior F&B experience within hospitality.
- Leadership with hands-on, supportive guiding style for team dynamics.
- Strong communication, remaining calm during peak pressure periods.
- Verbose enthusiasm for high-quality food, drink, and engaging customer service.
