Food & Beverage Supervisor – Hazel Restaurant at AC Hotel by Marriott

Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for leading a team and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Hazel Restaurant, located at AC Hotel by Marriott, is seeking a reliable and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to guide our front-of-house team. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, people-focused environments and excels in running smooth yet warm dining operations.

A Day in the Life at Hazel

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll champion the restaurant’s service standards through:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the F&B team during shifts, ensuring flawless guest experiences.
  • Support management with: scheduling, training, and daily operation oversight.
  • Be the first liaison for guest feedback, inquiries, and special requests.
  • Work front-of-house shifts (breakfast and dinner) — exemplar service on deck.
  • Maintain consistently warm, attentive, professional interaction with our guests.
  • Account for setup, cleanliness, and close-down procedures within the restaurant.
  • Assist kitchen teams and supervisor colleagues on:
    • Stock control and ordering
    • Compliance with food hygiene regulations
    • Seamless flow coordination between teams

Essential Requirements

  • Proven supervisory or senior F&B experience within hospitality.
  • Leadership with hands-on, supportive guiding style for team dynamics.
  • Strong communication, remaining calm during peak pressure periods.
  • Verbose enthusiasm for high-quality food, drink, and engaging customer service.
