🔎 About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London The Westminster as a F&B Supervisor. Your role will primarily involve supervising the restaurant/bar, customer service, support training the junior staff.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and coordinate the service of food and beverages, ensuring quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
  • Provide support in the setup and maintenance of buffet stations, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked presentation.
  • Assist in inventory management by maintaining stock levels of F&B-related items.
  • Support F&B Manager with administrative tasks including daily reports and daily team briefings.
  • Leading your team by example, provide a great guest experience by being attentive and anticipating guest requests.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced hotel F&B environment
  • Knowledge of food hygiene (HACCP) and health & safety standards.
  • A natural leader who can motivate, train, and support a diverse team, leading by example on the floor.

  • Service charge
