We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on F&B Supervisor to join our village team, supporting the delivery of an exceptional food and beverage experience for our residents and guests.

We are driven by a clear purpose: to build thriving communities where residents feel valued, supported, and inspired every day.

As F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and hospitality services, leading by example to ensure high standards of service, presentation, and resident satisfaction. You will support, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team while working closely with the Head Chef and wider village team to create a welcoming, vibrant dining environment.

If you are passionate about hospitality, take pride in delivering outstanding service, and enjoy building strong relationships, there is a place for you at Inspired Villages.

The Role

  • Supervising the day-to-day food and beverage operations across the restaurant, bar, café, and lounges.
  • Ensuring the F&B team consistently follow opening and closing procedures and maintain high operational standards.
  • Leading by example to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to all residents, guests, and visitors.
  • Coaching and supporting the team to achieve excellent service, while advising on upselling, cross-selling, and add-on opportunities.
  • Assisting the Assistant Village Manager in planning and executing events, private parties, and special functions.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Staying informed on market trends and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the culinary and hospitality experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
