Located in the heart of the hotel, The Court embodies the history and character of its rich past, combining vintage luxury and mid-century design. A social scene for residents and locals to gather and celebrate, showcasing exquisite and original heritage features, a grand cocktail bar, exceptional all-day dining, patisserie, lounge and finished with a live music stage.

The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service. This role requires supervising day-to-day operations, supporting team development, and driving performance in line with company objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to enhance guest experiences, maximise revenue, and uphold our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial performance through exceptional service delivery and meaningful guest engagement
- Manage purchasing, forecasting, and stock control to ensure operational efficiency
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to maximise sales opportunities and revenue
- Oversee effective scheduling aligned with productivity and service standards
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings consistently meet luxury quality and presentation standards
- Maintain strict controls over stock, cash handling, and equipment security
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns with professionalism, and enhance the overall guest experience
- Coach, inspire, and recognise team members to build a high-performing culture
- Act as a role model, demonstrating passion, integrity, and brand values at all times
- Support the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with planning, succession, and hotel-wide initiatives.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a Food & Beverage environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
