About the Role
The Copthorne Tara Hotel in Kensington is seeking a proactive and driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the hospitality operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, adherence to company standards, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all Food & Beverage (F&B) operations to guarantee excellence in guest experience.
- Uphold customer expectations across all F&B services:
- Ensuring timely and accurate food/beverage delivery
- Managing ordering and inventory processes efficiently
- Detailing all requisitions and verifying fulfillment per hotel policies
- Maintain hotel standards: Staff punctuality, conduct, and uniform compliance, making amendments as needed
- Approach leadership & training
- Ensure daily scheduling and task delegation across all outlets, meetings, and events
- Train staff to expert levels of hotel guest service while reinforcing health & safety compliance
- Drive staff retention by promoting engagement and praising performance to create a motivated team
- Navigate workplace complexities with confidence:
- Prioritise efficiently when managing multiple projects side-by-side
- Adapt swiftly to unforeseen changes or emergencies
- Handle confidential data with discretion
