Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you are responsible for delivering excellent customer service across the hotel's food and beverage outlets. Duties include:
- Welcoming guests
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving meals and beverages
- Preparing restaurant and bar areas
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Processing payments
- Replenishing stock
- Ensuring guests receive a friendly and efficient service in line with the hotel's standards
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible approach to working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and transactions
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety procedures (training provided where required)
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support colleagues
