The Opportunity
At our 5-star lifestyle hotel, every meal is a moment, every drink a celebration, and every guest interaction a chance to shine. We’re looking for a charismatic and passionate Food & Beverage Server to bring energy, elegance, and exceptional service to our dining spaces.
Your Role
As an F&B Runner, you’ll be the face of our restaurants, bars, and lounges—delivering unforgettable experiences with every plate and pour. Whether it’s breakfast with a view or cocktails under the stars, you’ll make every guest feel like the only one in the room.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet guests with warmth and confidence, offering personalised service throughout their visit.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and anticipate guest needs with flair.
- Share your knowledge of menus, specials, and pairings to enhance the experience.
- Maintain immaculate presentation of tables, stations, and service areas.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and positivity.

Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a high-end or fast-paced F&B environment.
- A guest-first mindset and a passion for creating memorable moments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and special events.
