Job Description

You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
  • Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
  • Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees
  • Good knowledge of our products
  • Take responsibility for your designated section and station
  • Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
  • Receiving and processing customers’ payments
  • Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
  • Cleaning and sanitizing tables
  • Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns
  • Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:

  • Previous experience as a bartender within hotels or service-based industry is required.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Yes, yes, yes mentality.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
