Job Description
Position Overview
Department: Food and Beverage Role: Front of House Executive (Bar/Beverage) Salary: £14.85/hr Contract: Full-time (including weekends)
This role is centred around providing a warm welcome while taking hot beverage orders and ensuring customers experience exceptional service they’ll cherish. You’ll embody our focus on friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency in every interaction.

Main Responsibilities

Greeting & Guest Engagement
- Deliver a warm, welcoming service in the hotel’s new F&B outlets
- Uphold the brand’s image through professionalism and impeccable grooming

Communication & Customer Service
- Fluently converse in both spoken and written English, ensuring clarity with guests
- Address guest concerns with a positive, problem-solving approach

Beverage Service
- Prepare and serve an extensive range of cocktails and coffees
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu products
- Operate effectively in your designated section or station

Operations & Compliance
- Monitor and restock the F&B area diligently
- Process customer payments accurately
- Ensure all station labels and hygiene standards are visible and followed
- Implement cleanliness protocols, including sanitising tables
