Job Description

Position Overview

Department: Food and Beverage Role: Front of House Executive (Bar/Beverage) Salary: £14.85/hr Contract: Full-time (including weekends)

This role is centred around providing a warm welcome while taking hot beverage orders and ensuring customers experience exceptional service they’ll cherish. You’ll embody our focus on friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency in every interaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greeting & Guest Engagement

    • Deliver a warm, welcoming service in the hotel’s new F&B outlets
    • Uphold the brand’s image through professionalism and impeccable grooming
  • Communication & Customer Service

    • Fluently converse in both spoken and written English, ensuring clarity with guests
    • Address guest concerns with a positive, problem-solving approach
  • Beverage Service

    • Prepare and serve an extensive range of cocktails and coffees
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu products
    • Operate effectively in your designated section or station
  • Operations & Compliance

    • Monitor and restock the F&B area diligently
    • Process customer payments accurately
    • Ensure all station labels and hygiene standards are visible and followed
    • Implement cleanliness protocols, including sanitising tables
