About the Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. The Supply Chain and Logistics team is vital in ensuring a robust, efficient infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. They provide planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency.
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Fulfillment Solutions Intern to support our FBT (Fulfillment by TikTok) team within the Fulfillment Operations organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing operational projects, system improvements, and launch readiness initiatives across Europe. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interest in supply chain solutions, project coordination, and testing.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Key Responsibilities
Merchant acquisition and onboarding
- Proactively identify and engage target Korean merchants, with a particular focus on leading K-Beauty brands.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of FBT, address potential barriers and concerns, and successfully onboard merchants onto the FBT program.
Day-to-day account operations
- Serve as an FBT Account Manager with deep involvement in merchants' day-to-day operations, including but not limited to handling daily inquiries, conducting monthly business reviews, supporting inventory planning, assisting with inbound shipments, and resolving billing issues to effectively guide merchants in problem resolution.

Merchant feedback and improvement initiatives
- Continuously gather and synthesize merchant feedback to generate actionable insights.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify gaps between merchant needs and current business/product capabilities.
- Propose high-quality product and operational improvement requirements and drive their implementation.
Merchant relationship management
- Build and maintain trust-based, mutually beneficial partnerships with Korean merchants and K-Beauty brands to progressively increase FBT adoption and utilization rates.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors welcome; Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related fields preferred)
- Available for a full-time internship
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, with solid Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, basic formulas, and the ability to present insights clearly and concisely)
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken) - High Oral fluency in Korean and English to support communication with internal and external Stakeholders in both the Korean and English Market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field;
- Prior internship or academic project experience in supply chain, logistics, project coordination, or systems testing;
- Ideally familiar with case management tools (e.g., Pearl, Jira, ServiceNow) and GTM (go-to-market)/project frameworks (e.g., RACI, critical path tracking);
- Strong analytical mindset with exposure to data visualization or reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
