Clerical Assistant (Community Wellbeing Team)

About the Role

Location: David Dale House, Blantyre

Hours: 35 hours per week, Permanent

Work Pattern:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8.45am – 4.45pm
  • Friday: 8.45am – 4.15pm

Salary: £25,183 – £27,063 per year

About the Service: Money Matters Advice Service require a Clerical Assistant to support their Community Wellbeing Team in David Dale House. You will contribute to the delivery of financial advice services by:

  • Providing a call-handling service and digital response service.
  • Utilising current communication and IT systems to assist in client interactions.
  • Demonstrating strong customer service experience, call handling expertise, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must have relevant IT skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a busy team.
  • Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
