About the role
FCM Travel is a fast-growing global travel management company seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales Operations team. In this high-energy, fast-paced environment, you’ll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by connecting with key decision-makers across France and Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives on hitting targets, enjoys collaborating with global teams, and is eager to grow within a sales career.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with decision-makers at targeted accounts to schedule meetings for the sales team
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies using high-velocity sales techniques
- Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
- Collaborate with global SDR teams to maximize pipeline and align with best practices
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Highspot for lead generation
- Accurately track all sales activity in Salesforce CRM
- Support industry event coordination and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For
- Proven outbound sales experience with a focus on pipeline generation
- Strong phone presence and confidence engaging with stakeholders
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative team player with a passion for sales development
- Fluency in English and French (essential)
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in the travel industry (advantageous, not essential)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
