FE / College Lecturers Needed Across South East Wales - September 2026 Opportunities!

Are you an experienced Further Education Lecturer or industry professional looking for your next opportunity in education? We are recruiting passionate and knowledgeable FE / College Lecturers to work across Further Education colleges and post-16 settings throughout Cardiff and the surrounding areas. Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, long-term, hourly paid or flexible teaching opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Teach within Further Education colleges and post-16 settings
  • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons within your specialist subject
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Differentiate teaching to meet individual learner needs
  • Promote positive behaviour and professional standards
  • Support learners in progressing to higher education, apprenticeships, or employment

Who We're Looking For

  • Relevant degree, vocational qualification, or significant industry experience within your specialist subject
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) desirable, although not essential for some vocational areas
  • Experience teaching, training, coaching or assessing learners within FE, post-16 or adult education
  • Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills
  • Passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential
  • Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to obtain registration
