FE / College Lecturers Needed Across South East Wales - September 2026 Opportunities!
Are you an experienced Further Education Lecturer or industry professional looking for your next opportunity in education? The Role
- Teach within Further Education colleges and post-16 settings
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons within your specialist subject
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Differentiate teaching to meet individual learner needs
- Promote positive behaviour and professional standards
- Support learners in progressing to higher education, apprenticeships, or employment

Who We're Looking For
- Relevant degree, vocational qualification, or significant industry experience within your specialist subject
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, PCET, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent) desirable, although not essential for some vocational areas
- Experience teaching, training, coaching or assessing learners within FE, post-16 or adult education
- Strong communication, organisation and classroom management skills
- Passion for supporting learners to achieve their potential
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC), or willing to obtain registration
