Position: Fee Earner, Residential Conveyancing Department
Location: Morley
Responsible to: Partner in Charge
Hours: 37.5 Hours a week
Salary: Competitive salary – negotiable, dependent upon experience

About The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to work within the conveyancing team in our Morley office. Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work, applicants must be confident in dealing with their own high-volume caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimum supervision. A working knowledge of SOS or other case management system to prepare and process letters and forms correctly is desirable.

The successful applicant will be required to generate revenue through business development and be able to demonstrate strong client management skills. This opportunity would be ideal for someone with over 3 years’ technical experience within residential conveyancing and who is proactive in approaching the local market and developing new business for the Firm.
