The Role & Team

We are looking for an ambitious Fee Earner to join our highly regarded Agriculture & Landed Estates team.

Our team advises individuals, trusts, companies and private estates on a wide range of agricultural, rural and commercial property matters. We act for some of the UK's most significant landowning interests and leading businesses, helping them manage, protect and maximise the value of their property assets.

This role offers the opportunity to develop a specialist career in agricultural and landed estates work whilst undertaking a broad mix of commercial property matters.

Agencies: We are not accepting CVs for this role as we are aiming to fill it directly. We value your support and will reach out if required. Please do not send speculative CVs. Any unsolicited CVs sent to hiring managers or the business, without prior instruction from a member of the Talent Acquisition team, will be treated as a gift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own caseload of agricultural and commercial property transactions.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers, leases, licences, easements and other property documentation.
  • Carrying out title investigations, due diligence exercises and preparing detailed reports.
  • Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, estate management and property portfolio matters.
  • Supporting on major rural development, renewable energy and strategic land projects.
  • Building relationships with clients, agents, surveyors and other advisers.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Real Estate and other practice groups.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
