Care Assistant – Home Care Role (Banstead)

About the Role
This is a community-based role, requiring applicants to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own reliable vehicle.
Hours & Wages
- Full-time, including alternate weekends (part-time available for weekend hours).
- Shifts:
- 7am – 4pm
- 4pm – 10pm
- Pay: £15.00 per hour (weekdays) | £16.00 per hour (weekends)

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will provide tailored support aligned with individual needs, including:
- Companionship and emotional support.
- Assistance with outings, such as appointments, day centres, and social activities.
- Meal preparation and nutritional support.
- Medication assistance.
- Dementia care.
- Personal care and continence support.
- Light domestic tasks.
- End-of-life care.

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have access to a reliable vehicle suitable for work purposes.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
