Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your role will include:
- Providing high-quality, personalised care tailored to each individual’s needs
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Helping with meal planning, preparation, and nutritional guidance
- Supporting with medication management, prescriptions, and safe disposal
- Carrying out light domestic tasks, such as tidying, laundry, and general cleaning
- Becoming a reliable, friendly, and familiar presence for your customers—building trust and consistency
