About The Role

We’re looking for kind, dependable, and caring Care Assistants to join our friendly and growing team. You’ll be supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them live independently, safely, and with dignity.

No two days are the same, but every day is rewarding.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with everyday tasks including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
  • Assisting with mobility and transfers, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
  • Communicating clearly with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Keeping accurate care records and reporting any concerns
  • Following all health, safety, and confidentiality guidelines

No previous care experience is required - full training is provided. Previous experience is welcome but not essential.

What We’re Looking For

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)
  • A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A flexible approach to working hours
  • Willingness to complete a DBS check and required training

Pay & Benefits

  • £12.21 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience, qualifications, and shift pattern)
  • Paid travel time at your hourly rate
  • Mileage paid at £0.30 per mile
