What We Offer
- £14.80-£16.59 per hour weekdays
- £15.30-£17.15 per hour weekends (including holiday pay)
- 35p per mile mileage allowance
- Paid training before you start £230

What You'll Do
As a Care Assistant, you'll support Clients with:
- Personal care and medication support
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Companionship and social support
- Light housekeeping and shopping
- Helping Clients stay independent at home
- Keeping accurate care records
Flexible Hours
Start on a Flexible Hours Contract during your first 12 weeks while building your regular Client schedule. When you're ready to increase your availability, you'll have the opportunity to move onto a Guaranteed Hours Contract for greater job security and consistent earnings.
Typical shifts include:
- Morning: 7:00am – 1:00pm
- Split shifts: 9:30am – 1:00pm & 5:15pm – 10:00pm

What You'll Need
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Available for at least 20 hours per week
- Available to work at least 3 days in weekdays and every other weekend
- Caring, reliable, and compassionate attitude
