As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, you will work independently and efficiently—with guidance from your Team Leader—to ensure cleaning doesn’t disrupt the customer experience. You’ll utilise cutting-edge cleaning equipment and products, supported by top-tier training. Specifically, you’re required to have a friendly and communicative demeanour for positive interactions with both colleagues and customers.

Key Responsibilities
As a Female Clean Team Member, your role includes:
- Cleaning and preparing various areas across the gym
- Demonstrating strong customer care skills
- Maintaining a meticulous, professional work ethic
- Ensuring all staff and facilities meet standards with:
- Experience in similar roles, you’ll stay highly organised—ensuring cleaning systems are followed, and the gym remains clean, safe, and pleasant for everyone
- Correctly operating equipment such as:
- Scrubber dryers
- Rotary machines
- Carpet cleaners
- Performing a wide range of duties, including:
- Gym maintenance
- Changing rooms & showers’ cleaning
- Poolside cleaning duties
- Waste removal
- Periodic deep cleaning tasks
