Ladies Club Manager
Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 12000-15000 SAR per month
Lead One of Saudi Arabia's Growing Ladies Fitness Clubs
Must be Arabic speaking.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Ladies Club Manager to lead a ladies fitness club in Al Khobar.
As the on-site leader, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering an exceptional member experience, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence across the club. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building teams, achieving results, and creating an outstanding fitness environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the club.
- Drive membership sales, renewals, retention, personal training, and secondary revenue.
- Monitor key performance indicators including sales conversion, member retention, attendance, and club profitability.
- Coach, develop, and inspire the club team while promoting a culture of accountability and excellent service.
- Work closely with the Fitness Manager and Sales Team to maximize member engagement and commercial performance.
- Oversee the full member journey, ensuring exceptional service from enquiry through to renewal.
- Maintain high operational standards, including staffing, cleanliness, safety, equipment, and compliance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to improve club results.

About You
You will bring:
- Management experience within the fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or service industries.
- A strong understanding of membership-based businesses, sales performance, and member retention.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and deliver results.
- Commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on leadership style.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
