Cygnet is seeking to fulfil a Female Day Healthcare Assistant position at Tabley House Nursing Home, located in Cheshire’s stunning countryside. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • 44-hour working week (11-hour shifts) with duties spanning 7:45 AM to 7:45 PM, requiring availability for alternate weekends.
  • Innovative care delivery: Implementing a flexible learning model for individuals in care.
  • Guidance and support: Providing physical and emotional support, encouraging independence and progress.
  • Personalised care: Adapting your approach to individual needs, supporting behaviour management.
  • Medical & welfare assistance: Offering aid with medical requirements, healthcare administration, basic first aid, and safeguarding protocols.
  • Safe, clean environment: Maintaining high hygiene standards across the home to ensure comfort and wellbeing.
