Confident and Experienced Female Healthcare Assistant

We’re seeking passionate and skilled professionals to join our thousands-strong team across 150 UK sites. If you thrive on helping others transform their lives, this is your opportunity.

About the Role You’ll be supporting vulnerable adults, including those living with physical frailty, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease, as a Female Healthcare Assistant at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home (Caterham, Surrey)—a CQC-rated Good establishment with *plandemonial Gold Standards Framework accreditation.

Key Details

  • 44 hours per week
  • Shifts include day, night, and alternate weekends (due to job demands, only female candidates may apply)
  • Start ** enhancing lives** by delivering outstanding, outcome-focused care in short-stay or long-term settings, including end-of-life support available.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver flexible, person-centred care with ongoing learning to meet individual needs
  • Offer verbal, emotional, and physical support, including guidance and encouragement
  • Assess and respond to psychological, medical, and welfare needs
  • Report concerns in line with safeguarding policies
  • Maintain safe, clean, and nurturing environments for residents
