Confident and Experienced Female Healthcare Assistant

About the Role You’ll be supporting vulnerable adults, including those living with physical frailty, dementia, or Alzheimer’s disease, as a Female Healthcare Assistant at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home (Caterham, Surrey)—a CQC-rated Good establishment with *plandemonial Gold Standards Framework accreditation.
Key Details
- 44 hours per week
- Shifts include day, night, and alternate weekends (due to job demands, only female candidates may apply)
- Start ** enhancing lives** by delivering outstanding, outcome-focused care in short-stay or long-term settings, including end-of-life support available.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver flexible, person-centred care with ongoing learning to meet individual needs
- Offer verbal, emotional, and physical support, including guidance and encouragement
- Assess and respond to psychological, medical, and welfare needs
- Report concerns in line with safeguarding policies
- Maintain safe, clean, and nurturing environments for residents
