What if your mornings could genuinely matter — to you and to someone else?

At Right at Home Solent, we are looking for Care Assistants in the Fareham area who want shifts that fit around real life. Whether you prefer mornings that finish by lunchtime, or a flexible pattern with a free afternoon in between, we have hours that work with your commitments — not against them.

The shifts we need (at least 3 days a week)

  • Morning shifts: 7am–1pm (with the option to extend into the afternoon if you want more hours)
  • Flexible day shifts: 9:30am–1pm and 5:15pm–10pm — your afternoon is yours for the school run, the gym, or simply a breather before the evening

Why Right at Home is different

We are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission — the highest rating possible. That is not a slogan; it is independently verified proof that we do things properly. Our Carers tell us the same thing: 4.8 stars on Indeed from 121 reviews, with a 90/100 wellbeing score. Those numbers come from the people who actually work here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
