Salary: Weekdays £138.60 per day, and weekends £148.10 per day, plus food allowance Location: Across London and surrounding areas

Building excellent, lasting relationships with our clients and local support units such as GPs, Pharmacies, and other Healthcare Professionals. We like to match our carers’ skills and experience to our clients’ needs; these may vary from physical and practical support to social and emotional care.
What does a Live-In Carer do? As a live-in carer, you'll live with your client for the duration of your rota. Depending on the needs of your client, shifts can range from 10-12 hours a day. During this time, you will be able to take breaks. If your client can’t be left alone during your break, cover will be arranged. Key areas you might be dealing with; Discreet and sensitive personal care, as well as catheter or stoma care Meal planning, preparation, and potentially assisting with feeding Medication administration and management Light housekeeping Assisting with mobility Companionship and emotional support Duties will include: Communicating effectively with the client and building a strong, lasting relationship Working closely with the wider Draycott Head Office support team to ensure the best service for our clients Keeping accurate, factual written accounts of your time with the client via our care management app An awareness of the client’s emotional and spiritual needs Observing and following Draycott Nursing’s Health and Safety policy Benefits of being a Live-In Carer with Draycott… Competitive weekly pay Flexible working hours Paid leave (accrued based on the hours you work) 24/7 on-call service Confidential Employment Assistance Programme (EAP) Extensive training programme and offerings Company social events All PPE Provided Recommend a Friend Bonus *Must be willing and able to undertake an Enhanced DBS check as a mandatory requirement (or show proof of being on the DBS Update Service) *Must be eligible to work in the UK without the requirement of company sponsorship
