Female Support Worker
Support Worker Location: Amersham, Middlesbrough Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hrs) / Part-Time (min. 15 hrs, flexible) Salary: £12.85 per hour
About the Role
We’re seeking a warm, motivated and caring Support Worker to join our welcoming team in Middlesbrough, Cleveland.
In this role, you’ll provide person-centred care to service users living independently in their own flat or bungalow, helping them engage in all aspects of daily life through a variety of enriching activities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your tasks may include:
- Providing personal care, medication management and assistance with domestic tasks
- Creating and fostering trusting relationships with service users and their families
- Facilitating activities including:
- Cooking and baking
- Board games
- Movie nights
- Arts, crafts, and more
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs to pursue their passions and enjoy a fulfilling daily life

Requirements
- Passion for person-centred care—no previous experience necessary
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Both full-time (37.5 hrs) or part-time (flexible minimum 15 hrs) arrangements available
- Ability to work in a supportive, warm, and multiplutility inclusive team
