Responsibilities
While full training and support will be provided, key aspects of the role include:
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a diverse range of activities, tailored to their interests and needs.
- Assisting in daily life tasks, such as personal care or household chores.
- Planning and carrying out engaging and culturally enriching experiences, like visits to parks, zoos, church, or pools.
- Promoting inclusion and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Working as part of a passionate and professional care team.
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary. All training is provided.
- A warm, caring, and empathetic personality.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Eligibility and ability to work in the UK.
- Strong organisational and motivational skills.
