Female Support Worker
£14.40 per hour Days
£12.71 per hour Nights
Shift Patterns: 1 week on (168 hrs) 3 weeks off
Hours: Average 42 hours per week
Location: Brighton, BN1

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Female Support Worker to deliver person-centred support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is committed to promoting independence and supporting an individual to live comfortably and confidently.
Meet Our Client
You will be supporting a lady who lives with her son. Her primary illness is spinal injury and autonomic dysreflexia. She is a positive and social person. She is an open-minded, fun person who is very thoughtful and patient with other people. She has a little dog, who likes to go out for a walk.

About the Role
- Providing support with daily routines and activities
- Personal care and medication support
- Supporting with cooking, household tasks, and light admin
- Supporting appointments, outings, and social activities
- Encouraging engagement in interests and hobbies
About You
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Home Care Direct does not offer sponsorship or work visas
- Friendly, patient, and well organised
- Care experience Essential
- Knowledge in Spinal Injury Care desirable
- Comfortable working around dogs
- Comfortable working within a smoking environment
- Committed to providing safe, respectful, and consistent support
