Female Support Worker – £12.85 per Hour Dudley, West Midlands | Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a warm, motivated, and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to Join our service providing exceptional care and support for individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and autism in Dudley, West Midlands.

As a Support Worker here, your passion will drive person-centred engagement, ensuring that "every day is a good day" for our service users. No two days will be the same—our residents love participating in activities like baking, listening to music, walking, and more!

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing respectful personal care, including assistance with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning
  • Building therapeutic relationships to promote wellbeing and positive coping strategies
  • Offering structural support to service users in their homes or other settings, including respite for carers
  • Working flexibly, including daytimes, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
