Love being out and about, staying active and making a difference? Turn that into a rewarding career

If you enjoy supporting someone to live independently while staying connected to the things they love, this could be the perfect role for you. As a Support Worker, you will play a key part in helping someone maintain their lifestyle, interests and independence.

Meet Our Client

You will be supporting a woman in her adult years who lives independently in her own adapted bungalow. She enjoys getting out and about, including horse riding, and spending time with her cat at home. She has a traumatic brain injury and some mobility challenges, using a wheelchair for longer distances while also being able to walk short distances. Your role will focus on supporting her safety, independence and daily routine, while encouraging her to continue enjoying her hobbies and lifestyle. She also enjoys spending time at her static caravan in Norfolk, where you will support her during visits as part of her usual care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
