Female Support Worker – Full Time Contracted Hours
Plymouth

£12.71 per hour | 45p per mile (applicable to adjoining shifts) | 28 days annual leave

What You’ll Be Doing
We’re recruiting compassionate Female Support Workers to join our dedicated Plymouth team.
You’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, enabling them to live safely, happily, and independently in their own homes.
You May Be Supporting Clients With
- Mental health needs
- Limited mobility
- Non-verbal communication
- Companionship needs
- Down syndrome
- OCD tendencies
- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Speech impediments
- Cerebral palsy
Your Daily Role Could Include
- Supporting with personal care and household tasks
- Helping with shopping and community activities
- Transporting clients / enabling access to the community for engagement (this may include use of personal car)
- Encouraging social engagement and hobbies
- Administering medication
- Promoting independence and wellbeing

- A positive, proactive attitude
- Availability to commit to weekday shifts and the weekend
- A genuine passion and interest for health and social care
- A person-centred approach with safeguarding at the core
- A full UK driving licence (manual preferable)
- Willingness to learn and complete mandatory training
